Robert Nogami, RN, MS
Director of Nursing

Robert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. For several years he worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical/Surgical and Orthopedic departments at Kuakini Medical Center. Robert served as Director of Nursing at Hale Ola Kino, the Health Center at One Kalakaua Senior Living, before joining Manoa Senior Care. Robert has been with Manoa Senior Care since 1999.
Kelci Schedler, RN
Nurse Manager

Kelci received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota. Along with geriatric care, Kelci has a wide range of nursing experience including cardiac and renal care. As Manoa Senior Care’s Nurse Manager, Kelci is responsible for leading the nursing teams in working with the Residents and their families.
Jennifer Huppert
Human Resources Director

Jen joined the Manoa Senior Care team in 2004. While initially providing administrative support to the company, Jen’s role has grown and she now dedicates her time to human resource matters.
Marsha Murai
Office Manager

Marsha has been with Manoa Senior Care since August of 2001. In her role as Office Manager, she oversees employee benefits and payroll, and is in charge of facilities management and food service in the care homes. For Manoa Senior Care’s home care division, Marsha is responsible for Client bill payment services.
Diane Inouye
Customer Service

Prior to joining Manoa Senior Care, Diane spent 19 years in hotel management as Executive Secretary. Diane joined the Manoa Senior Care team in 2002 as Secretary/Receptionist. She enjoys her position in customer service as she works with staff, the residents, resident families and clients.
Dorothy J. Weigelt
Nurse Recruiter

Dorothy resides in Minnesota and her role is recruiting talented and caring nurses for the Adult Residential Care Homes. Prior to joining Manoa Senior Care, she spent 17 years with Honeywell specializing in Human Resources in the areas of Recruiting, Training & Development and Employee Relations.
Paul M. Dold
President

Born and raised in Minnesota, Paul first came to the islands when he attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa and received his Bachelor’s degree. After going back to Minnesota and obtaining a law degree from the William Mitchell College of Law, Paul returned to Hawaii and began his law practice. Paul established Manoa Senior Care in 1994 with one Adult Residential Care Home in East Oahu. Today, Manoa Senior Care is comprised of seven care homes located in Manoa and Kaimuki.
